What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

my name is praveen i am 32 year old. I have marraied last year and trying for baby for 1 year but she will not conceive and her test is ok. Now my doctor suggest me for semen test & my resport is total sperm concentration 84 milling/ml. Percentage motility 75 % Grade A 60 %(P Motile) Grade b(non p Motilie) 15% Grade C 25% (immotile). Vitality 82% Agglutination Positive,,....Pluse cells 2-3, Epithelial cells few. My doctor suggest me IVC treatment. Can agglutination treatment available throw tablet.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, you must have anti-sperm antibodies. This may sound very difficult to understand, but your body has agents that is working against the own sperms. It is not very easy to treat this situation and your best option will remain IVC, since your other parameters are normal. Sometimes, Prednisolone treatment is helpful, but that depends on a lot of factors like the type of antibodies you have.
